Absolute Infrared Inspection Services offers professional inspection services of commercial buildings.  A complete non bias inspection followed up with a report including photos and a description of findings.

Summary of Inspection options available

Building Envelope – Low Slope Roofs, Heating and Cooling Loss, Moisture Infiltration, Missing or Displaced Insulation, Uncontrolled air Movement.

Electrical Distribution - An Infrared Electrical Distribution Survey will locate anomalies associated with resistance, generating heat creating a potential for electrical failure, loss of production, costly repairs.  The Electrical Distribution survey can be done anytime, preferably during normal business hours when equipment is under load.  The survey is non contact therefore equipment does not need shut down to perform the inspection.

Mechanical Inspection - Motors, bearings, pumps & compressors.

Refractory and Furnace Tubes - An Infrared Furnace Refractory & Furnace Tube Inspection will locate anomalies associated with the breakdown of refractory and common problems associated with furnace tubes reducing the potential for loss of production, costly repairs and damage to other equipment.

Ultrasound Inspections – Corona Discharge, Arching and or Tracking of Electrical Components, Compressed Air leaks, Steam Trap Inspections and Mechanical Inspections.
